Many of us have lost family members and its very difficult to deal with that kind of loss. But if we keep what occurred in perspective, it doesnt have to be a sad thing. When King Davids infant son was very ill he fasted and prayed for days until he passed away. David then cleaned himself up and started eating again. His servants were surprised because he wasnt sad anymore. David knew that he did all that he could for that child while he was with him but once he was gone it was just a matter of time before he saw him again and when that occurred they would be together for eternity. We all have that to look forward too. We should no longer want them here with us now. They are in paradise with Jesus and we can be excited to go and join them where they are at when our time comes. Its hope that pushes away the sadness and brings joy into our hearts. 15 Precious in the sight of the LORD Is the death of His saints. Psalm 116
