Many of you have asked for family entertainment options. Themed Miniature Golf is becoming very popular across the Country. Would you support a THEMED mini golf course? A course with excellent quality, including water falls, ponds, trees for shading, and elevated holes with stairs (to provide views of the course and other players). Since football is so popular and were located so close to Athens, its a Possibility that the course THEME would be UGA football! For a reference, this would be a course similar to Smugglers Cove in Florida. smugglerscovegolf Smugglers Cove in Florida charges $12 per player. We estimate $8 to $9 per player would have to be charged at The Gateway to make it a viable investment for the owners/developers. The course would offer snacks, cold drinks and ice cream as well. The hours of operation would likely be 10 am to 10 pm Thursday thru Sunday....were considering closing Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Wed operate the months of March through October. And would be closed November through February. Were giving you a lot of info in order to receive feedback from you, our Gateway Patrons. Please give us your comments on such topics as..... What hours of operation would be best? Would you pay as much as $9? How many times a year would you play? Is this even a good idea??
