Many of you have asked to be kept informed about which restaurants buy our beef. I will be updating our web list later today, but just to let you know through here - Eden East, a long time customer (but absent over the summer) is back buying from us, as is Hillside Farmacy (doing great things with their meat board). Also now buying from us is Odd Duck. We have some new restaurants contacting us, and Ill let you know who they are as they come on board. Dont forget our regulars (some have been with us since the beginning eight years ago!). Whip In! Thai Fresh! Wink! East Side Pies! All of these restaurants do really great food and try very hard to stick to local/sustainable produce and meats. Thank you!
