Many of you have been feeling the shifts in the Planetary energy since last Friday and its starting to wear on you. Sleep has been restless, dreams have been very vivid, the everyday energies are charged with anticipatory energies, Mentally & Physically we are feeling exhausted. During this time, through next week Wednesday, I would recommend you give yourself a break. If youre tired, rest. If youre feeling charged energy and emotion, sit with it and feel it. Know that when you are lying in bed unable to sleep surrender to it and allow yourself to relax in knowing that by you resting and laying down, without trying to make yourself fall asleep, you are still getting benefits from doing so. Those feeling these shifts are part of the Andromeda and Pleiades Starseed tribes that are here as Light workers. We are feeling the shifts of our home planets and feel as though we need to be there helping out during the slight unrest that is going on. [Which is nothing more than heated debates at the High Council] Yes, your voice can be heard during these debates if you so choose [Astral Travel there during the night while resting] We are on this Earthly realm for a mission.
