Many of you have noticed my absence. There have been many major changes and challenges in my life over the last year. It has been an overwhelming experience that led to a prolonged and debilitating struggle with depression and anxiety. Its not the first time and it may not be the last. The support and encouragement of a loving family and caring friends helped sustain me through the despair and darkness of depression.
