Many of you know that I have a particular devotion to the burial shroud of Christ, known as the Shroud of Turin. We have been blessed to have been afforded the opportunity to have referred relics of the Shroud on 11 occasions in the past. Our friend Father Ilya Gotlinsky calls our attention to the attached video, which I would recommend for all devotees of the cult of relics. Notabene: I am a firm believer in the authenticity of the Shroud as the single most important relic of Christendom. The video is a cut and paste of a BBC feature, and outside of the melodramatic History Channel woo-woo music, is quite well done.
