Many of you know that this week is Docs MR340! Lets show him some support and love! He will need those text and messages from you. Here is last weeks post from him: One week from today Joey and I will be paddling down the Missouri river on a crazy journey, the MR340 - the worlds longest non-stop paddling race. I finished the race last year solo but this year Im tandem in a kevlar canoe. Its been a whole different ball game preparing this year and Im definitely looking forward to the fun, pain, heat, darkness, fatigue, boredom, chafing, sleeplessness, and fun! It was a really great experience last year and I really enjoyed the texts, fb posts, an awesome video from some amazing kids, and a great voicemail to keep me going down that long river. Thanks everyone! Its time to do it again!
