Many of you may not be aware that I started a new job in December, trading SOMAs hipster cool for the hardcore homeless grit of Mid-Market. Actually, it feels a lot like the early CompuMentor days on Stillman Street where the only place to buy milk (or beer depending on local clientele) was the corner store affectionately known as Chez Nasty. Im now the proud Office Mom for a wonderfully quirky and fiercely dedicated bunch of lawyers and social workers who change lives for the better every day at Legal Services for Children. Twitter, Square and Yammer are only a block or so away, and Dolby is taking over a big building right across the street, so the next few years are going to be an interesting transition around here.
