Many of you may remember (or were a part of) the community meetings that occurred over several years. The concept of a downtown plaza was born from those discussions but the challenge was always how to fund it. The partnership between the city and Harley-Davidson brings this year-round community gathering spot to reality much sooner while retaining much of the original vision.
