Many of you will immediately recognize this man in the following 7 pictures because he taught at Holy Redeemer High School for 36 years!!!!!!!! Mr. Howard Shirkey Jr started teaching at Holy Redeemer High School in the fall of 1964, and retired in 2000 at the end of the school year. He mostly taught biology, but at some point he taught music appreciation and even psychology. Can anyone think of another high school teacher who comes close to his record?
