Many parallels that can be drawn here. The blame is on the police, the blame is on those remorseless criminals with guns, but the cause and the lions share of blame is on the system of life and the government. Here you have symmetry between law enforcers and the citizens. Makes you think about the clashes between Muslim armies and the people while our rulers are orchestrating the whole thing. Also the title has a ring of truth to it, the mistake is to link it to race, colour of skin isnt informing anyones action, degenerative thinking in a western society that pushes the poor against each other while the rich orchestrate policy is what causes these things.
