Many people do not realize that there are different levels of love. There is a “love” that only God can show us how to flow in and BECOME , there is carnal love, there is selfish love, there is immature love, forgiving love, ignorant love, etc. They are all love but different levels. The love that God is ….. is so great that words cannot explain it. All through-out His Word … He is showing us that LOVE. HE IS LOVE… Sometimes it is in forgiveness, that He loves us so much that He has given all to us …. in forgiveness time after time … to bring us into the Truth of that Love and His longsuffering . Sometimes it is in chastenment, where in Love, He will bring judgment (judgment is not a bad word… it means correction) to correct our wrong thoughts, actions, thinking etc. The List just goes on and on. He is the REAL DEAL. In the day and hour that we live in …. There is such betrayal that it is hard for the natural man to love and trust… the hurt and pain wants to be comforted instead of walking in real LOVE that will DIE for the one that is LOVED … that just forgives and forgives… but God is not a man (does not think like we do) that He should lie or the son of man that He needs to repent. (change His mind… He is perfect) He is the real deal. When we think like He does… we just LOVE and LOVE and LOVE… any hurt and pain just flows out the door… because there is not room for it. Num 23:19 God [is] not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do [it]? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Those that are students of the Word of God know in types and shadows … that… Joseph is a type of Lord Jesus. He was betrayed by his brothers but refuse to lay a hand against them. He did not defend himself. They plotted against him, threw him in a pit, sold him into slavery, he was falsely accused of a crime that he did not commit, throw in prison, and in the natural realm it seem like he had been forgotten about , but it was all in the hand of God for the saving of his family. God was IN IT ALL. What looked horrible, what looked like could not be repaired, God was in it ALL. Teaching many lessons right along the way. The day would come that Joseph would except for the king, rule the kingdom , supply the food that was needed for even his natural family and show them a love that words would not be able to express. Gen 45:5 Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. Gen 45:8 So now [it was] not you [that] sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt. If anyone should have hated his brothers, in the natural realm, Joseph should have. One of them even wanted to kill him. But Joseph, like Jesus, had a GODLY LOVE. This love did not turn off just because he was done wrong. To be honest, it just became greater. That is the same way that Jesus does. When we realize how much that God has forgiven us, how great that His love is…. WE LOVE MUCH. Luk 7:47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, [the same] loveth little. It is when we see the greatest of God’s love… the way that it will go to the ends of the earth and beyond… then we cannot help but love Him much back. That is how the wicked of man will one day bow his knees before that love. Personally, I have always said that no one walks away from real love. That person may be blinded by thoughts of the enemy not seeing clearly and walk away… they may be deceived …. But when God awakens the Truth in that person... and the deception is exposed… they will run towards real love … Love will never fail. It never will. Do we realize that God LOVES HIS ENEMIES? He is not a God that tells us in Matt. 5:44… to love our enemies and then hates His. He is not a God that tells us to Bless them that curses us and then curses His. He is not a God that tells us to do GOOD to those that hate you, pray for them that despitefully use you and then turns and does the opposite of what He tells us to do. Hogwash! But religion says it all the time. Religion says… If you do not love God … God will TURN ON YOU and SEEK to destroy you. Yes, the Word is full of where the wicked will be destroyed and we promise that all the wickedness in each of us will be destroyed… that wicked will be destroyed. But we need to AWAKEN to just how much God loves us. God loves us enough that whatever it takes… not one sheep will be LEFT BEHIND. God does not fail at anything that He does. He will not fail with anyone that HE HAS CREATED. (Common sense should tell us that God would not have created anyone that He was going to send to torment for an eternity with no chance of changing .. He would not be LOVE if religion was right… goodness when are we going to wake up) He will not lose even one child. This is the mother part of God’s love. She will DIE FOR HER CHILDREN. And please do not tell me that age old phase that people go to hell OVER God’s love. There is no OVER God’s love… His love is so great.. nothing can be OVER it.. because His love is OVER ALL THINGS. It is about time that we got wisdom and stop thinking that Heaven is in the wild blue yonder with little cabins on one side and mansions on the other and that hell is a literal fire. We need to wake up .. Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Luk 6:32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them. God is telling us spirit things in the PARABLE of Lazarus and the rich man… just a couple of hints, spiritual nuggets… 1. You have to read the whole chapter/message that Jesus was preaching to the Pharisee’s etc. not just part of it.. then He gives them the parable of Lazarus. Jesus was always speaking in parables.. there are a group of parables in that whole message… but mankind wants to take just one of them and say that it is not a parable… just that one… WHY? To teach a lie… to make us fear in the wrong way. To doubt the LOVE of God. 2. Note the beggar, Lazarus was NOT BURIED… the rich man was… Lazarus was carried to Abraham’s bosom… do a word study on that… do not have time to lay it out… do a study on BOSOM in the Word. Remember John laid his HEAD on Jesus’ bosom. 3. Take the crumbs... remember the woman that said Even the DOGS get the crumbs that FALL from the TABLE. 4. The great gulf… that was said NO MAN COULD CROSS… got news for you… JESUS DID… and even took the keys of hell and death in the process. Now it is an OPEN DOOR... if we desire to FOLLOW... we also can reach down in the midst of hell... and love someone. Abraham couldn’t but Jesus could... 5. If this is not a parable… how did the rich man have a tongue and who is foolish enough to think that just a drop of water could cool anything? We need to wake up and realize that JESUS REALLY LOVES US. HE REALLY DOES. We never have to doubt it... even though religion is always saying so. We never have to wondering if He is betraying us… even though religion is telling us that if we disappoint Him... that He will turn on us. God is NOT THAT WAY. No wonder the only time that we see Jesus rise up in righteous anger is when is God’s LOVE IS BEING LIED ABOUT.
