Many people have asked me about my low-carb diet (lost 26 lbs. so far this year), so here it is: Coffee with Creme Brulee creamer in the morning. Diet Coke for lunch (teachers will understand this: theres no such thing as a 30 minute duty-free lunch---we cant even finish a can of pop) Roast chicken, or an omelet with cheese, meat, zucchini squash, jalapenos, etc. and Diet Ice Tea for dinner Rinse and repeat! Boring maybe, but effective! Im sure Id lose even more weight faster if I cut out the coffee creamer and Diet Coke and Ice Tea, but Im not a masochist. :)
