Many people have never understood the reasons why President Kibaki and now president Uhuru have struggled so hard to have these ICC cases either deferred or stopped altogether. The secrets around 2007 elections and how the violence was executed is precisely why these two gentlemen have struggled to have these cases stopped. It is not that Uhuru fears being imprisoned, no, we might not even reach there or the evidence might be too weak to convict him. What he fears most is the revelations that are going to come out of ICC that will seriously damage his credibility in the eyes of Kenyans and the world. There is also a real risk that these revelations might break the Jubilee coalition! For those with ears and eyes, watch and see.
