Many people have understandably eulogized Elmore Leonard, but no one seems to remember the crime writer/ hardcore convict Eddie Little. He wrote two good books, one of which was adapted into a movie, and then he died, roughly ten years ago. I located some of his shit from the LA free papers, if anyone is interested.
