Many thanks to those Argonauts who recently helped me with details for converting an old Airfix HMS Leander model to Argonaut. Some conflicting advice (were all getting old and memory plays tricks) but I hope Ive caught the spirit of Argonaut as she was patrolling Falkland Sound in May 82. I added brass extra parts like brass handrailings and crew figures (you try painting a set of Number 8s on a sailor 2mm high!).I call this diorama Air Raid Warning Red.
