Many thoughts and emotions have been coursing through me since this last weekend. This video also helps put them into words beyond my meanderings. Maybe this will make since to some, though its mainly a coalescing of thoughts for me. Till youve lost a child, or partner, or someone dear, regardless of the circumstance, you dont know and even when you have you still dont know exactly what theyre going through. All we can do is love that person the best we may, with Gods help unconditionally, through that time. All we can do is recognize that persons spiritual battle theyre in and have compassion for them in what well never fully nor truly understand. This last weekend really brought this in to focus for me, after being asked numerous times as to a situation Ive went through this year and still am in ways. As I told those who asked. How can I not have compassion and love for someone that is hurting so tremendously. Regardless if I could help them or not, I still love them. I railed against my Lord for a short time this summer and it came out sideways in many instances. Then I turned my own pain over to Him, asking nothing but the best of life to come to this parson in the healing, peace and harmony of their soul to be returned. This is a good heartfelt lesson we all need to learn and embrace. To love someone even as their spiritual battle wages within them, even as it comes out sideways towards you. To simply love, without reservation, without judgement, with and without understanding, simply love and in the end despite how things turn out you still feel that love for them. Unfettered by guilt, remorse or shame of having not done so. Hence you may remember with joy the time you shared and thus move forward into whatever God may place before you. May the Peace of the Father wash over you, May the compassion and acceptance of the Mother come to you, May the forgiveness and grace of the Son spring from within you, Amen, amen!!
