Many times we will allow influence of other people to determine in what direction we should go in life. We allow television and the reality shows influence us. We allow sports heros to influence us. We allow our friends to influence us. Our parents, teachers, ministers and pastors are influences in our lives also. Then there is 90% of the time, we talk to ourselves and we influence our own selves into doing things. Now I am not saying that some of this influence is all negative, some of it can be used in a positive manner. But when we do not listen to the voice of God and allow God to influence our moves and actions, then something is wrong. So the question you can pose for yourself is this, "Who is in your ear?" Yes we do make decisions based on facts and figures. Yes we do make decisions based on trends and analysis. But in the planning stages of doing things, we must put God first in the plan in order for the plan to be successful. Putting God first and in the center of our lives we will have a better chance on fulfilling our dreams and endeavors. Revelation 3:22 says, "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." God speaks to us through our minds and hearts. God occasionally speaks audibly to us when He has placed us in situations that requires great faith. Keep trusting God and do not allow negative influences govern our lives. Be blessed my brothers and sisters and know that God love you and so do I and let us continue on our journey to, "WALK, TALK AND LIVE IN VICTORY!"
