Many travel bloqs and websites about Costa Rica are in English only and the rest are bi-lingual, however many sites promoting Costa Rica are put up by those promoting Real Estate, Residency advices and expensive Relocation Tours since the early 1980s when El Salvador, Guatemala and Nicaragua suffered civil conflict and war and Panama and Honduras went undeveloped for retirees and travelers from way up North...sadly much advice was sugar coated and the rest of Central America was often given a bad rap in press, in guidebooks and on online sites and bloqs.
