Many years ago, I thought you plant your garden in the Spring and the rest of the summer you just kept harvesting... Long term gardeners know you have to keep planting throughout the summer. Corn about every10 days to two weeks, beans every three weeks or so, and zucchini three or four weeks. If you do that, you will be harvesting silver queen sweet corn, Roma beans and zucchini all summer long, including in the middle of September! I took these pix today as I was picking supper.
