Maoism.... the main root cause for failure of the system... main cause for failure of the system is the corrupted officer .. as they are free and fair by the support of some peoples those who highlighted them always for vested interest ... moving around them .. if those officer can face criticism for their unfair work ,, collecting bribe ... injustice for the needy ... untrusted for the rural tribal ... failure to implement proposed govt plan in proper way ,,, then situation can be controlled some what .. 30 cror IAP funds are being spend other then proposal planned by center.... more then 50 percent fund disappear in NREGA programme.... Low quality construction and civil work,for example BRC building, dasamantapur, RRC buliding, koraput and many other... there is 2 bus purchase by SSA,, it is about to ruin ... but no body highlighting this at all. neither media nor flattered peoples too... so when peoples are praising particular officer, in the same time they should be criticize by there inefficiency ability.... so it is time now to learn please.....
