Marc took a chance and hired me one year ago. I had no experience in finance whatsoever. He took the time and taught me the very basics with such patience, looking back at how little I knew, and how much he taught me especially those first few months, with total patience and understanding. He was such a great person. All the while, imprinting his positive solution-building win-win-win attitude into my lending knowledge and skills as I learned how to do my job. But he was just a really great person beyond work. I cant believe it. He was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer that had spread to his liver just over a month ago. He passed away on Wednesday night. Theres a huge void at our office, it hurts to go to work. At least to me. :( RIP Marc.
