March 18, 2014...OUCH!, The cure... Yes we must have patience but spring and summer will be here. The boats will be in the water, here in Michigan. Cottages will be aired out, parks will be opened, and the smell of bacon/coffee will be in the air. Our pools will soon be opened. Then let the summer begin. Along with all that comes those little blood sucking mosquitos. And their gift to us are nasty itchy bumps. Once you start to itch them it only gets worse. I wonder how many other people just ONE mosquito stuck his nose into? And why do they like humans? Isnt there another place for them to get what they need? Our bodies ARE NOT an open buffet! How not to attract them, do not wear light color of clothing at dark. (so Ive been told) Avon Product called, SKIN SO SOFT will rid them as soon as they land. They hate the taste of the lotion, and you benefit having smooth skin. Stop the itching? Good luck with that one. I found that a dab of tooth paste helps. Notice how I said, helps. When I saw this post I thought to myself, self, maybe theres something to this? So Ill keep it in my memory bank and if One or more happens to make the pass and get to me, Ill have to give this a try. Enjoy!
