March 22. Iron Pig Festival. This will be my first duathlon. 5k run - 18 mile ride - 5k run. Looking at last years times for my age group, I wont be particularly competitive. Thats ok as Im getting stronger every day. I like the direction that Im going and the journey that Im on. The best part will be to finish and get that kiss from my wife. I love that part. She is why I do so much of this.
