March 7, 2014 — Canada remains deeply concerned for the safety and well-being of people in Ukraine. The government has taken steps to ensure it continues to provide visa services to clients in Ukraine. All temporary resident applications for those living in Ukraine can be submitted online or in person through a Visa Application Centre in Kyiv or Lviv. Permanent resident applications also remain in process. Cancelled interviews will be re-scheduled once the security situation stabilizes. Canada continues to closely monitor the situation. For further updates, refer to the Canadian Embassy in Ukraine website. Canada continues to stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine in their fight for a free and democratic country.
