March seems like a long way off as we head into a forecasted two weeks of frigid temperatures. But Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is only 8 weeks away! March 10 - 23 and were thinking about our menu already. Lamb Meatballs, Local Goat Ricotta, Local Maple Syrup & Bourbon, Rabbit Stew, Rhubarb, Chocolate Stout Cake, Custard Cups and Goat cheese tart with Bacon jam are some of the dishes dancing in my head. Its going to be great!
