March will make a year that I have been single. I had a one year old and a newborn when my husband walked out, and had just gotten back to work after my maternity leave. A lot of things happened at once and a lot of emotion was involved. Only one or two select people actually knew just what kind of grief I went through, and stuck by my side and helped me through it all. I had a lot of very low points and I appreciate and greatly respect those few people. Its been tough, financially and emotionally, but Ive managed to straighten myself out and life is starting to move on. For those few that pretty much told me to get over it and expected me to act as if nothing happened, thank you for being so understanding :x I have also started to learn who I can and cannot talk to about some things, and that some people are ignorant as to how others feel during a situation like that when they havent been through it themselves.
