Marcia asked, I am looking into homeschooling my 13-year-old. Since Common Core came in, her math grades have plummeted and she has become frustrated. I am not sure where to start, and my husband is totally against it. I can see the benefits of backing up a year or so and trying to help her catch up and understand math. Any recommendations for good programs for her, age or even for backing up a grade to the 7th-grade level and coming forward from there? Im trying to fix what the public school has messed up.
