Maree Blatch Oct 22nd, 3:59pm I have just been very rudely treated by a woman from esplanade coffee club in yeppoon by the name of Acerina . All I did was take a completely coffee card in for a cuppa and I was buying the cake but was yelled down by this woman that it had a 24 hour time limit not till the 24th Oct. That was on the card . It was the way she spoke to me in front of staff and other customers that was unbelievable over a cup of coffee ! I have been supporting this business since it has opened been that a 100 times with friends and family but you will never see me there again . God help the next person who has been given a cuppa voucher
