Margaret River. A great place to visit...pity about the customer service... These are comments I am hearing already in our shop & the busy season is just starting. Tourists are naming cafes, restaurants. Wineries & retail shops openly in their criticism & its quite valid in some instances. Lets all take the time to lift our game & give the tourists what they came for. If anyone is offended I dont apologise & welcome feedback if our shop under achieved in this area.
