Marie E Bernard, 4th child of Adeline and Romeo Bernard, died today in 1988. 26 years ago. Marie Bernard was my mom and I can honestly tell everyone on FB that there was not a better mom that God has ever created than Marie. Loving and caring, Im sure that, had she lived, my life would be a bit different than it is today. She was a great advisor, a great counselor. There is not one single day that goes by that I do not think about her and wish that she were still with me on earth. Im so blessed to have two of her siblings still living that I can talk to.....Blanche Collins and Romeo Bernard. May God bless and watch over them every day. To those who knew my mom, you know what a wonderful lady she was. Taken home to her heavenly Father wayyyy too soon. I miss her. And I love her. And I always will.
