Marijuana Town Hall Meeting Please join a panel discussion regarding the personal use of marijuana on Monday, January 19th at 6:30 PM at Harrigan Centennial Hall. On February 24, 2015, the personal use of marijuana will be legal. Public consumption of marijuana is illegal. State laws did not define public consumption. A town hall meeting will be held on Monday, January 19th so City staff can hear views on how a CBS Ordinance should regulate and define public consumption. Light refreshments will be served.
