Marion Barry will endorse Mayor Vincent C. Gray Wednesday in the Democratic primary for D.C.s mayoral race. Barry, who served four scandal-plagued terms as the Districts mayor from 1979-1991 and again from 1995-1999, said earlier that the controversy surrounding the mayor could cost Gray his reelection campaign.
