Marion Rutledge, who manages the Polk County Humane Society, is battling cancer for the second time in less than 12 months. Marion has done a lot of research on the best method of treatment for the tumor that is in her liver, and she is trying to raise the funds to pay for a holistic treatment she has decided to use. You can read more about Marion and her battle with cancer at the link below. Bolivar Pet Hospital is doing a fundraiser to help Marion reach her goal of $15,000 for her cancer treatment. From now until Christmas, we will be reducing the price of our cat neuters to $25 and we will donate the entire $25 for each of these neuters to Marions cancer treatment fund.
