Mark 5:34. August 22, 2013 at 6:39am Reach out to Jesus today so He can take your afflictions away! And He said to her, “Daughter your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction. Mark 5:34 NKJV Jesus was on His way to the home of a ruler, A woman prevented Him from getting there sooner, Jairus begged Jesus saying, “My little daughter lies at the point of death, Come and lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed, and she will live.” The woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, She suffered and cried countless tears, She gave the doctors all the money she had, Her health was still really bad. She said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” She was destined for heaven not for hell, She reached out for Jesus in faith that day, Her affliction was immediately taken away. Jesus turned around in the crowd, And said, “Who touched Me,” out loud, She fell down before Him as proof and told the truth. Jesus said, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.” The ruler came and begged Jesus it’s true, He wasn’t afraid to do what he had to, Why did the woman steal up on Jesus that way? She would have been seen as unclean, A rabbi wouldn’t let a woman touch him no way, She was keeping Jesus away from the ruler’s daughter that day. You feel unclean you say, No one wants to touch you today, Reach out for Jesus I say, He can take your afflictions away!
