Mark found Skip. Neighbors that we dont know had him. They are only about 2 doors up and I walked up and down the street yesterday calling and whistling for him. Mark just happened to go home to check to see if he was there and saw him chained in their yard. Mark asked them why they had not called us, since our numbers are on his tag. He said that he didnt notice and his granddaughter wanted a little dog and she was on her way to get him. I am so thankful that Mark drove by at that time and saw him.
