This New Jersey company offers IT professional services, e-commerce solutions, software development, and project management to a variety of client companies in the public sector, health care, insurance, retail, and telecom industries. The company was founded in 1999 and their headquarters is located in central New Jersey, about one hour away from New York City. There are 15 employees at their NJ office. Due to the company’s location, it is recommended that participant’s have their own vehicle during their stay in the U.S. since the public transportation system in New Jersey is not very convenient. Location: Cranbury, NJ Positions: Marketing, Account Management Hourly Rate: expected to be around $10.00/hour Work hours/shifts: estimated 40 hours per week Position to be filled: ASAP Housing: Not provided Program length: 12-18 months Marketing Position Requirements: o Must be fluent in English (past study or work experience in the US preferred) o Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook o Excellent editing and writing skills, strong organizational and communication skills o Independent thinking, creative, multi-tasker Marketing Position Duties: o Researching the market for expansion and development opportunities within the IT Sector o Preparing outgoing marketing material o Preparation of the internal manuals, demonstration materials, etc on as needed basis o Supervising all the minority and small business certifications, preparing timely renewal applications and keep all the information organized o Preparation of bids and proposals for government and commercial clients: this included interviewing internal staff to obtain information about various parameters of companies work, creating write-ups, chart, tables and other informative presentation material, conducting research online using census and other public data and being able to analyze and adjust the information to the company’s need. o Working with the Recruitment team: sometimes includes work from helping with resume editing, to doing a QA and helping with submissions of candidates (usually in the form of the bid) o Other administrative duties as assigned Account Management Position Requirements: o Must be fluent in English (past study or work experience in the US preferred) o Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook o Meticulous approach to work (attention to detail) o Excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills o Team player with ability to work in a fast paced environment Account Management Position Duties: o Supporting and collaborating with Account Managers / IT recruitment department o Locating and qualifying IT Professionals for our clients according to their needs o Carrying out proactive activities, researching and developing techniques to streamline and update processes to assure their utmost efficiency o Developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
