Marketing Coordinator: • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns; assists in preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing presentations; internal analysis. • Assist in planning meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; • Assist with the development of the marketing activities – content organization and management of ongoing updates; • Monitoring on the development and manages the production of marketing materials, liaising with advertising and photographer agencies, graphic design specialists and printing houses; • Keep track of the budget of the Marketing Dept.; • Maintain and update mailing databases; • Regularly and consistently visit the company’s retail stores; prepare and conduct visits reports; • Follow up and fulfill the retail stores marketing image and needs; • Provide social media and website management including developing and posting new information to the corporate website and social media sites • Assist in campaign execution, internal and external communications and integrated marketing campaigns that support overall business objectives. Such campaigns should employ all appropriate channels, including social media, promotional in-store, online sales channels Knowledge Skills & Abilities: • Excellent command of English • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of Photoshop is mandatory • Knowledge of social media activities including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram • Proficient with MS office: Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook • Strong skills in writing , editing and translating • Strong attention to details , ability to multi-task, be deadline oriented, strong adherence to process and projects tracking Experience Requirements: • 1-2 years relevant previous experience If youre interested please send your cv to marketing@sultana-group
