Marketing Coordinator Provision Theater Company is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to play an integral part on our team and work closely with the Artistic Director. Provision is venturing into its 10th season and is looking to expand marketing and press relations staff. RESPONSIBILITIES •Manage all aspects of Marketing and Advertising, initiate and manage short and long term marketing plans and ad campaigns •Work closely with the artistic director for all promotional opportunities •Oversee design of marketing materials in coordination with artistic director •Oversee production and distribution of postcards, brochures, print materials •Manage vendor relationships relevant to marketing & sales •Administer eBlasts to well-kept email lists, as well as create and distribute newsletter •Create the annual Marketing campaign calendar in conjunction with the Artistic Director •Manage website updates •Engage in Market Research and track patron data •Serve as an integral monitor to the company’s brand and congruency •Serve on the Marketing Committee and maintain contact with Executive Officers and Board Members •Manage social media updates (Facebook, Twitter, Blog, etc.) •Develop Provision Theater Company’s marketing expertise and scope as the company grows Skills & Qualifications: DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE •Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills •Project management skills •Ability to work effectively with a remote team, including volunteers •Goal-oriented, desire for experience •Great writing skills •Marketing, Press Relations experience, preferred •Proficient in Word/Excel At this time, the position is part-time, but Provision is committed to providing our staff with hands-on career and resume building in the nonprofit performance sector.
