Marking Rukokho and qushoyo dots for each biblical book was taking me between 1 to 1.5 months of work. After doing that for about 10 books, I got tiered and decided to see if I can write a program to do the dotting for me. It took a few months to come up with rules, but I am happy to say that the tool is working nice. In less than 10 minutes, the computer adds Rukokho and Qushoyo dots with accuracy over 90%. One has to proof the output very carefully (but one has to proof manually added dots anyway.)
