Marriage is something that I dont take lightly, its very personal and can mean different things to different people. So far be it from me to tell someone how to live their life, but I will tell anyone who wants to marry that they should definitely read this post. And for those who still shun the notion that gays, lesbians and transgendered persons should be allowed to marry the person they love, and that by doing so we somehow threaten the sanctity of marriage, to them I say everyday we fight for right to be able to preserve the very thing many are so quick to forsake. No one ever says itll be easy, we should know, after all weve been fighting all our lives just to be different. I now step off my soapbox.
