Marrying a Divorced Woman ? Be Cautious- Many women (in WB) are divorcing their husband for petty reasons. Such women are using Section 498A of IPC which lead to arrest of the entire husband-family. Finally compromise is being done for Rs 10 lakh to 25 lakh for mutual settlement. Many women are using Section 498A more than once for collecting money. For any dispute they will first use 498A of IPC to harras the husband-family. Therefore be cautious while marrying any divorced woman twice. As woman I am a victim (Courtesy-Rupa).
