Marsha & I spent 3 hours yesterday to replace her 3 rd defective i phone 4 S in a year & 1/2. This one had no volume. She was told that when she got home and hooked to Wi Fi all of her things would restore. 29 hours later and two 2 hour phone conversations with tech support she still doesnt have most of her apps, photos, her notes, her calendar etc. all of which had been backed up, & her restore is still not complete. For those trying to decide on an i phone or something else, you might want to keep this in mind. Our next ones, as soon as possible, will definitely be something else where you dont have to drive to Indy for service, or try to fix it yourself on the phone. I foresee another trip to Indy if not resolved soon, and someone may get an i phone somewhere they dont want it.
