No. Thanks for trying to insult my intelligence, but as agonizing as the moment was for me when I pulled the bird out of the cup i noticed how little water there was in it- and it hit me just a little while ago: The reason why he drowned in his water dish is because he was trying to get a drink, and the water level was so low that he had to bend over so much that he lost his balance. This makes the direct cause of death due to negligence, because nobody could take 2 minutes out of their day to refill the water dish. But that bird is Reminiscences bird and they take care of it as Rima claimed when she wouldnt let me take it home and care for it, so didnt he have any water? And why did he have no food in his dish as well? Negligence. Animal abuse.
