Maruti Suzuki Ciaz getting ready to launch next month...... :D ;) The brand new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz is a highly awaited C-Segment premium sedan which was first showcased by the company as a concept model at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo. The stunning looking Ciaz’s test prototypes have been getting spied testing around Delhi many times and the car’s market launch is imminent. However, Maruti Suzuki is very strict about keeping all details about its upcoming cars under the veils and thus, has kept its mouth firmly shut when the Ciaz’s launch date is concerned. Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Concept Now, it is known that India’s largest car maker Maruti Suzuki has stopped the production of the low selling SX4 sedan in order to make way for its replacement model, the new Ciaz. While the SX4’s current stock is being cleared off with heavy discounts, as per reports, Ciaz is getting ready to hit the Indian September. The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz is based on a new platform which is same as that of the S-Cross crossover. The Ciaz’s stunning styling is based on the Suzuki Authentics concept and will feature flowing gorgeously smooth design language that should have an international and highly contemporary appeal. The upcoming Maruti Suzuki has a very attractive and bold front fascia with stylized chrome front Grille, large alluring headlights and stylish bumper design. The side profiles of the premium sedan are also very smooth and stylish along with great looking alloy wheels. The most remarkable exterior feature most probably comes at the rear of the sedan in the form of the vehicle’s superbly designed tail lights and rear bumper design. The car’s smooth flowing roofline ensures that the car has its butter smooth stunning visual appeal in a uniform manner and maintains the overall sophistication and style quotient. On the inside, the Maruti Ciaz will offer the same premium and stylish look and feel in order to compliment the exterior looks. The Ciaz’s cabin will be plush and very comfortable, as it is a premium car. It is expected to offer the best in class cabin space and large boot area as well. The Ciaz will also get many world-class equipments as standard features which include climate control, navigation system, rear A.C vents and an advanced infotainment system. The Ciaz will be offered in both petrol and diesel versions. The sedan’s diesel version will be powered by the familiar 1.3 liter Fiat Multijet diesel engine, while the petrol variants would to be powered by a 1.4 liter K Series petrol motor that currently does the duty under the Ertiga hood. Both the petrol as well as diesel engines will come mated to a 5 speed manual transmission, while petrol engine will also get a CVT automatic gearbox. The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz premium sedan will be the company’s representative in the Indian upper C-segment, and will be Maruti’s chance to make a mark in this segment. The Maruti Ciaz will be competing with the popular sedan models such as new Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Vento and Ford Fiesta.
