Mary just like us needed reinforcement, confirmation, and encouragement about the Word of God to her. Thats exactly what Elizabeth did for her when Mary went to spend time with her. Elizabeth said, Blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told [you] from the Lord (Luke 1:45). We can learn from this the importance of surrounding ourselves with people who will agree with, encourage and support the Word God has spoken into our lives.
