Masala Pav is a quick,spicy and easy snack in which onion tomato cooked gravy is stuffed inside butter ladded pav. It is very instant Pav Bhaji you can say . indianrecipes4you/chaat/mumbai-street-food/masala-pav/ For more tasty recipes follow on my page Indian Recipes for You Ingredients: 2 tbsp Butter 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped 1/4 cup Tomatoes finely chopped 1/4 cup Capsicum finely chopped 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves 2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala 1 tsp mirch powder 1 tsp Lemon juice Salt to taste masala Pav Method: For Masala Melt 1 tbsp butter in skillet, to that add chopped onion. Saute onions until they become transperent and soft.Add Capsicum and saute for few mins. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 mts. Add Pav Bhaji Masala, red chilli powder, mix well and cook until tomatoes become soft. Masala is ready. How to assemble & proceed 1.Slice each pav into half horizontally. Heat the butter on a tava (griddle) and grill the pav on both sides till crisp. 2.Add the cooked masala and coat the pav in it. 3.Serve hot, garnished with the coriander and lemon wedges. 4.This is so tasty that can be eaten like that without anything.Also tastes good with Tea.Can be serve hot with Tomato Sauce Tips: Add any other veggies of your choice except potato. Aloo is never added in masala pav recipe.
