Mass murder trial update: Ronald Parker, who worked at Aero-Instant located in the back of New Hope Plantation, testified that he heard Guy Heinze Jr say he was going to kill his family because he didnt like how his father was spending money and not share it with him. He also saw Heinze get into a scuffle with Rusty Toler Jr about driving his car. On cross examination, Defense Attorney Newell Hamilton claimed Parker was looking for his 15 minutes of fame and did not contact police until nearly a year after the murders and did not tell police about the threats until just before the trial started. Break for lunch.
