Massive thank you to everyone who has sent birthday wishes , ive been astounded by how many you guys have sent , it means a lot believe me 46 was very up and down but most of that and a good chunk of 47 was pretty shit till end of feb, but its been a learning curve, and i am fully equipped to take 48 by the bollocks and make the most of everything , got past three goals i set in march , third is harder but i will get there , got some great mates , boss family and im a very proud dad of two wonderful daughters, 2 years 8 months off the pop and for me personally best move ever (illness aside) not preaching just not good for me ,so again a big thanks to family and close friends who got me through hell , and also to my buddies who i dont see as much but via fb and the phone have helped keep me sane (ish ) some people are actually good friends i have yet to meet in person lol , looking forward to the future and very grateful to have one xx ,
