Master this movement and the world is yours! Meet the Turkish Get-Up (TGU). This is an awesome total body strength move. Whether it’s core, trunk, shoulder, scap or hip stability, you can get them from one simple movement. There simply is not another exercise around that can accomplish all of those things in just one move, and that just about anyone can do regardless of size, skill, exercise goals, or age. Here is a more detailed list of benefits the TGU offers: Promotes getting the right brain to work with the left side Promotes lower & upper body stability Promotes reflexive stability of the trunk and extremities Ties the right arm to the left leg, and left arm to the right leg Stimulates the all 3 systems that contribute to balance (vestibular, visual and proprioception) Promotes spatial awareness Develops a front/back weight shift Develops upper body strength, trunks strength, and hip strength Included is a special treat!
